I’ve been contemplating the nature of healing, and why some situations and conditions are easier to heal than others.

From my perspective, genetics, trauma - regardless of when it occurred, our nervous system, identity, gut health, diet, toxins, the quality of our sleep, life stressors, and our support system/network, are all integral to healing.

In his book “Cured”, Dr. Jeffrey Rediger writes about healing our identity which I believe is fundamental to healing all dis-ease.
