Would You Like Help Remembering Something?

This simple and effective practice is based on brain science and NeuroMovement®. It can help you recall where you put your keys or the name of someone you've not see in years.


Set aside your desire to remember for a few minutes.

1. Turn your head to the side while making meaningless or primal sounds like “goo goo goo, la la la, ki ki ki, mo mo mo" etc. Make up sounds, there are no “correct” ones.

2. Turn your head to the other side and say more sounds, aloud.


You’re very likely to remember the details after a round or two.
